Pheus is a charming boy from the Bronx who often serenades the local neighborhood girls. Guerra, narrating Eury's perspective, and Gomez, narrating Pheus's, offer a complementary mix of hopeful and tragic emotions. Both expertly create authenticity and lush detail in this drama.
